How do I help a customer?怎么招待客人？
When a customer comes in, open the shop and talk with them at the counter. Choose a reply, pick the requested goods from the shelves, then bring them back to the counter to check out.
客人到店后，回到游戏和柜台前的客人交谈。选择回应，再去货架取他们要的商品，最后带回柜台结账。
I’m not getting customer notifications收不到客人到店通知
- On your iPhone, open Settings → Notifications → Shopwhile and allow notifications.
- In the game, check that customer notifications are enabled under Settings → Notifications.
- A Focus mode may silence alerts. Customers only visit during the opening hours you set in the game.
- 打开 iPhone 的设置 → 通知 → 来客啦，允许通知。
- 在游戏的设置 → 通知中确认已开启客人到店提醒。

Do I need to leave the game open?必须一直开着游戏吗？
No. If you allow notifications, Shopwhile schedules local reminders on your iPhone for planned customer visits. They’re created on your device, so the game doesn’t need a remote notification server. iOS notification and Focus settings still apply.

What does Bert’s Wholesale purchase unlock?购买“伯特批发”会解锁什么？
It’s a one-time, non-consumable purchase through the App Store. It unlocks Bert’s daily deliveries and the shop improvements available through him. It is not a subscription. Apple processes the payment.

How do I restore my purchase?怎么恢复购买？
Sign in with the same Apple Account used for the purchase, then open the game’s Settings → Bert’s Wholesale → Restore Purchase.

How do I request a refund?怎么申请退款？
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Will my progress move to a new iPhone?换 iPhone 后游戏进度还在吗？
Progress is saved on your device; Shopwhile doesn’t have an online account or sync service. An iPhone backup or Quick Start may transfer app data, depending on your Apple backup and transfer settings. Deleting the app can remove its locally saved progress.
游戏进度保存在设备上；来客啦没有在线账号或同步服务。根据你的 Apple 备份和迁移设置，iPhone 备份或“快速开始”可能会迁移 App 数据。删除 App 可能会一并删除本地游戏进度。
